Sisterhood

Sisterhood works to build friendship and community for its members and for the congregation as a whole. 

Our programs include Judaic events, education events, social events, and fun events. We have continued our commitment to B'nai Sholom - Beth David by donating funds to the congregation for numerous special projects and assisting our congregation in raising funds.

Our mission of Sisterhood is to promote and perpetuate Conservative Judaism by modeling Jewish living and values. Our commitment to the health and well-being of our community at large is demonstrated in many of our programs and committee endeavours.  We encourage you to learn about who we are and what we do by coming to some of our events and outreach activities.

Women’s League for Conservative Judaism is the largest synagogue-based women’s organization in the world. As an active arm of the Conservative/Masorti movement, it provides service to hundreds of affiliated women’s groups in synagogues across North America and to thousands of women worldwide.
